This is a reminder that the current, or the sixth consultation on HS2 compensation concludes on 30th September. If you have not got your response in, click here for our two minute response form, and make sure your voice is heard.
If you want to submit a petition against the HS2 additional provisions which were announced this month, our comprehensive guide to petitioning can be found here.
Please note that the timings are obviously different to those published in the original guide, with the new timings to be found here, and please remember that petitions have to be deposited physically, so you can’t leave it to the last minute.
If you can’t make it to Westminster by the 17th of October, you can again appoint the Stop HS2 Campaign Manager as your agent, with all the paperwork needing to be with him by no later than 4pm on Wednesday 15th October, as he will be appearing before the committee as an agent on the 16th under the current proposed timetable.
If you do intend to appoint Joe as your agent (which can just be for document submission purposes if you wish), please send documents as described in the guide to: Joe Rukin, 2 Caesar Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1DL. Remember, if you have already petitioned, you do not have to pay the £20 again.
