  1. Bletchley Park code breakers may propose an interpretation of the Conservative Party Conference was to detect there is a missing area in their presentations about Community Charge revaluations for Homes in the UK. The increases in band values would enable more localism as the reason to lift the Government gross income by revaluing the Community Charge bands. Would they use the prior value of HS2 corridor homes as a double blow to the many outside the safeguarded and 300m area. The numbers from all the parties do not add up to the distance outlined promises. The new statistics on the trillion pound national debt is scene setting for nudging the nation to accept the next wave of taking from the wider population.
