Judicial Review : Permission Denied

It will come as no great surprise to seasoned observers, that in the High Court refused Joe Rukin permission in the application to hold a Judicial Review over the issuing of ‘Notice to Proceed’ regarding phase one of the HS2 project. Here’s some more details.
