Hybrid Bill Lords Second Reading today

Today the HS2 Hybrid Bill will have its Second Reading in the House of Lords.

There are several pieces of other business before the debate, but it should start at about 11.30am.

While there is to be a debate, with Members given 6 or 7 minutes to speak if they want, there will be no vote.
