Today the HS2 Hybrid Bill will have its Second Reading in the House of Lords.
There are several pieces of other business before the debate, but it should start at about 11.30am.
While there is to be a debate, with Members given 6 or 7 minutes to speak if they want, there will be no vote.

Judicial Review after House of Lords petitioning will enable the HS2 scope to be reconsidered to save billions on a more commuter focussed scheme designed for rail services rather than inward funding investment.
Reckless is the Route 3 poorly predetermined alignment and weak rail services that results.
Lord Adonis said the case for HS2 had “withstood fierce debate and cross-examination”.
I say it has proceeded at vast expense by ignoring all contrary arguments and objective examination
