Tomorrow (Friday), Stop HS2 will be at Milton Keynes station, where HS2 Ltd are having a roadshow tomorrow.
We’ll be there between 4pm and 7pm. We’d love to talk to you, so please come and say hello if you are in the area.
If you are opposed to HS2 it would be great if you could come and support us – perhaps you’ve got a Stop HS2 t-shirt you could wear.
On Saturday, the Stop HS2 Kenilworth Action Group have organised an Information Day at Kenilworth School, Upper Hall, Leyes Lane on 9th April between 10.00 and 3.00.
Please drop in and make use of the information available or just have a cup of tea and a chat on the subject. The objective of the day is to help everybody understand the HS2, what it means locally and to you as a taxpayer, and how you can voice your opinion.
There will be a whole load of information on different aspects of HS2, presentations and videos.
Also at Kenilworth will be local councillors, Knight Frank (advisers on Government hardship scheme and HS2 impact on house prices) and the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE).
“The objective of the day is to help everybody understand the HS2,”
Correction: “help everybody understand *your opinion* of HS2”.
Do you know when they will be in the midlands, as i like to come wearing my Yes to HS2 t-shirt
