Hybrid Bill Commons Third Reading today

Today the HS2 Hybrid Bill will have its Third Reading in the Commons.

The debate will begin shortly after Prime Minister’s Questions, at around 12.40pm, and has been scheduled to last for approximately three hours.

It is expected that shortly after the vote, it will the First Reading in the Lords. This is a procedural nicety, with no debate or vote.

  1. Please persuade the House of Lords to widen locus standii to widen the remit for smarter quicker less costly HSUK approach.
