Article by Frederic Potet describing experience of French farmer living close to TGV line. Sound of +80 decibels when trains pass each other – 60 supposed limit. Loss of privacy, passengers overlook his garden. Approx. 60 trains per day, more week-ends. Latest problem, wild boar roaming closer to his house: he thinks they are trying to get further from the trains.
Hope this is of interest to you.
