The hills are alive….

Giles Parker, Managing Director of Sound Barrier Solutions, suspects that HS2 Ltd’s mitigation plans are not as good as they should be and talks about how difficult it would be to deal with the noise intrusion of 225mph HS2 trains. But if HS2 Ltd wanted to spend the money, it has been done in Europe, with appropriate design of mitigation.
