If you have read the Stop HS2 Comprehensive Guide to Petitioning, you may have spotted that the fact there is no minimum age for people submitting petitions. That was a question that we had to ask the Private Bills Office, as there is at least one nine year-old who wants to have his say. And if he can do it, so can you.
