  1. NO, apparently HS2 will help with the flooding problems, as it reduces our carbon emissions !
    So said former transport minister Hammond on the Andrew Marr programme yesterday.
    A friend of mine once said his wife would say anything to win an argument, was she a politician ?

  2. Now the PM as the perfect excuse to ditch hs2 and put the money towards the flood defences and victims and improve the general railways to help all not the few .
    But will listern ?
