This morning, it has been confirmed in the House of Commons that the third reading for Phase 1 HS2 Hybrid Bill will be on Wednesday 23rd March.
This is the last day of Government business before the Easter Recess. This is typical of the Government, who have repeatedly scheduled official business regarding HS2 for the day before, or the day after the House rises or returns.
