Countryside Campaigners and Birmingham Businesses Picket HS2 HQ
Last week, campaigners from the Steeple Claydon area went to the HS2 Ltd HQ in Bimringham to deliver a petition, asking for the HS2 CEO Mark Thurston to come and explain himself to them. They were met at Snow Hill station by business owners from Birmingham who still haven’t been paid after HS2 Ltd seized their land last year.
