HS2 figures “don’t stack up” says Senior Treasury Select Committee member

While interviewed on BBC Radio 4′s Today programme about kick-starting the British economy, Senior Treasury Select Committee member, Conservative MP David Ruffley, says opponents of HS2 are right as the economics of HS2 “don’t stack up”.
