One of the more shocking elements about the missing consultation responses is that several of the responses which were ignored are from organisations taking part in the Judicial Reviews (now scheduled to be heard in December).

Cherwell District Council are part of the 51M group, who are bringing a judicial review on the grounds that the consultation process was flawed.
Cherwell lead member for planning Michael Gibbard told the Oxford Mail: “It beggars belief that so many consultation responses were lost, especially as ours was both sent by post and hand delivered to the Department for Transport in London.”
