Raise the Roof Productions, an independent television production company, are currently filming a documentary about empty homes for Channel 4. They are particularly interested in the housing situation surrounding HS2. They would love to hear from you if:
- Your street is effected by a number of empty homes
- You have been forced to leave your property empty if you don’t qualify for the Exceptional Hardship Scheme
- You have inherited a property in the area which is currently lying empty
- If you have or know of any interesting stories relating to HS2 and housing

It has deliberately not been announced as to where in this town the HS2 route will actually run through. Once the actual details are announced, (after the vote?!) there will be a lot more activity surrounding this issue.
