The HS2 consultation website was down for some time this morning, meaning that it was not possible to use the online form for a while. Hs2 Ltd did not know until a Stop Hs2 supporter rang to ask them about it.
So please don’t leave it too late to respond – you can email your response to highspeedrail@dft.gsi.gov.uk
