White Elephant Sunday, Amersham
White Elephant Sunday will allow you to find out the facts about HS2 and its impact on Amersham and the Chilterns. It will help you make the most of the Governments roadshows the following week, and to respond to the consultation questions. But also bring your family and friends along and have some fun.
It takes place on 15th May at King George V Playing Fields (behind Amersham swimming pool), 12 noon to 5 p.m. It includes exhibitions and information, Chiltern Society film, live music throughout the day from blues to jazz, children’s competitions and face painting, food and a licensed bar. Expert speakers will be appearing between 2 – 3 p.m.
