Will Khan get a better transport planner than the Lord A and remove delays to road traffic in London from the cycle lanes of last mayor and reduce rows of empty buses and too many mini maxi taxis. Time to resolve London and spend debt better than on this HS2 of great debt cost and little rail commuter uses.
