  1. Land siezure is not a proper Governance practice for the UK in the 21st Century when the planning of the nations population and the back logs of local transport bottlenecks are the result of political mistakes and inabilitiies to afford to evolve intelligently.

    MPs are not competent in the technical and operational area and funding gaps are now so great desperation is resulting in the application of bad practices.

    MPs need less not more control over planning as they get the outcome very wrong. HS2 is the example of how not to and how to sieze land for the wrong cause.

    Absolute power is not necessary and the hash of HS2 is the testament to what a small number of people including Cameron and Adonis have done to not only ruin the counties across which HS2 is intended but also to waste and squander the money the House of Lords says is not justified with the unprove need. Petition against the AP2 please.
