  1. Kelvin Hopkins two proposals for Chiltern Route and ECML Route improvements worthwhile supporting as alternatives to the poor HS2

    The debate key proposal from Kelvin Hopkins were more coherent than HS2 with the savings and least environmental damage.

    Railways in the UK require some improvements and the debate explained there is no coherence in the HS2 poor plan compared to affordable upgrades as put forward by Kelvin Hopkins. The debate was mainly apologists and people wanting your vote on the basis of I jogged along 2. Time to stop look and listen and follow Kelvin Hopkins economic plans.
