  2. The question is about the addition of land take over the sizes within the EIA Directive and Regulation that require their EIAs and many would propose need SEAs.

    Getting the arrangments in place to challenge all the addtional land take requirements for biodiversity and spoil dumping and for construction sites that are not following processes that others would have to follow requires land owners and communities and councils that own and occupy areas of land to be ready with legal and procedural challenges please.
