Most useful way to assess the extent of local impact on your home or farm or sportsfield is to colour the few maps in the Environmental Statement section of the Volume 2 Map Book between the thin red lines. This shows vividly the extent and proximity of the expropriated land and some very poor access and loss/damage outcomes. This is because HS2 Limited and its planners have not consulted you directly on the way to access and cary out works. Shameful approach to short cut time at your loss and inconveniences. To respond to the ES in January study the map or maps within the red line areas and ask what they do not know and what you do not know because too few knew and the local authorities had little time to be involved also. A national planning failure is emerging for people by HS2 Limiteds means and methods.
