The Exceptional Hardship Scheme consultation carried out by HS2 is now closed. Documents are still available from the Department for Transport website.
The outcome of the consultation should be announced later this summer. In addition the Government will publish a summary on the DfT website.
Shadow arrangements are being put in place, so that applications can be considered as soon as the scheme is running (if they decide to run one).
