Lincs audience applaud suggestion to cancel HS2 to help regional railways

Responding to a question about rail fares, the Stamford, Lincolnshire, audience overwhelmingly applaud the suggestion that HS2 should be cancelled with the billions saved being used to help regional railways instead.
